**About the role**

In this exciting new role as Digital Marketing Manager, you have the opportunity to enhance the effectiveness of Xero’s digital marketing, with a heavy focus on acquisition.

As a direct report to the Head of Digital - APAC, you will champion #beautiful prospect and subscriber interactions that optimise conversion across the entire funnel. You will leverage your knowledge of digital best practice across paid and organic search, paid digital media, CRO, targeting and personalisation, UI and UX, digital measurement, and data to effectively plan and manage the delivery of innovative campaigns and experiences to win new Xero subscribers and grow market share.

**What you’ll do**:

- Work with the Head of Digital APAC to develop a rolling 6-12m Digital Marketing roadmap that aligns to SmB and Partner marketing objectives, targets and milestones
- Confidently operate across all digital disciplines, predominantly: lead generation and nurture, SEM, programmatic display, paid social, SEO, and onsite CRO
- Interrogate and document the performance of our digital funnel to identify opportunities for incremental uplift at every stage: from lead generation, to trial signups, to paying subscribers
- Oversee a complex digital media program executed by Global Digital: manage creative asset production, resource dependencies and digital budget, plus identify and oversee program efficiencies to attract more trialists and achieve lower CPAs

- Strong communication, project management and organisational skills
- Proven digital marketing skills & understanding of platforms and reporting
- Proven ability to influence and achieve outcomes through cross-functional project management and delivery experience
- Proven ability to analyse, interpret and/or compare program results to identify key learnings. From these key learnings, ability to make solid, strategic recommendations.
- High level of competency in Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target and/or Storybook
