Te tūranga - The role Digital Solutions is a key driver and enabler of change at Te Pūtea Matua. We align technology roadmaps and solutions to the organisations overall strategy and objectives, and manage the delivery and ongoing support of technology services for the organisation. We are transforming to a cloud-first organisation that knows the value that comes from being data-driven, the trust that comes from reliable services, and the engagement of an unwavering customer focus. As the Manager, Digital Operations you will hold a key leadership role and be accountable for the management and support of Te Pūtea Matua's corporate technology platforms and workplace technologies. You will contribute to the setting of IT priorities, and be a key contact across the organisation for the services that Digital Solutions provide. You will lead a great team, ensuring operational and delivery excellence across all our digital platforms and systems, and drive a culture of maturity uplift and continuous improvement. Ō pūkenga - About you As the Manager, Digital Operations you will have demonstrated experience in leading and managing a digital operations team. You will empower those around you to deliver on their business plans, monitoring and supporting delivery as required. You'll bring a first-class customer experience ethos, with clear ideas about how to embed continual improvement into technology service teams. You are proactive in your approach and understand the importance of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and using these relationships to foster and influence change. To be successful in this role, you will bring;
