Centralisation Office Specialist

As a Centralised Office Specialist, you’ll be part of the finance operations team who provide outsourced office services to our stores. This is a role that drives efficiencies and builds relationships across our store network.
**About the role**
With our customers front of mind, you’ll provide coaching and guidance on process for all non-customer facing transactions for selected stores. This includes banking, accounts payable, a range of store related reconciliations and some general ledger work.
Key functions of this role include:
- Transaction processing support
- Identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Highlight up-front process issues impacting on store accuracy/efficiency
- Ad-hoc queries and providing coaching as needed
**About you**
With a customer driven mindset, you’ll utilise your strong communication skills to work collaboratively to resolve issues and prevent them happening again. Your previous experience working with financial processes will ensure you deliver accurate and complete work. You initiative will enable you to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and coach and guide stakeholders in best practice.
