**About the Role**

This is a leadership role where you’ll lead and coach our regional Business Partner team who partner with our stores to deliver our customer promises and create awesome shopping experiences. You’ll inspire, and coach your team, and our co-op members on the day to day while helping to drive longer term strategic plans and growth.

To do this you’ll:

- Deliver our 4 Square plan, achieve our customer and financial metrics, ensure our members and our team are engaged
- Ensure the business partner call cycle is running and fit for purpose, plus any required reporting
- Ensure the centralised buying model and category review process is implemented in store for our customers
- Deliver the 4 Square store opening programme
- Partner with specialists, and support and enablement teams with regards to business as usual store operations; including food safety & compliance, pricing and promotions, safety and wellbeing, transport, technology and marketing
- Provide effective coaching and mentoring of 4 Square owners and store teams to aid in member development and ensure a pipeline of future supermarket owners

**About you**

As a retail leader, you’ll have a collaborative coaching style and will feel at ease working in store and within the wider 4 Square team. You’ll also be strong in maintaining effective relationships and influencing your key stakeholders. Naturally customer driven and results focussed, you’ll also be able to balance a wide variety of priorities.

In addition, you’ll also:

- Have a strong commercial understanding with a track record of sound decision making
- Excellent planning and communication skills; both written and verbal, and clearly articulate ideas and concepts
- Well-developed and natural interpersonal skills, and a track record of successfully working with teams across a number of areas/functions
- Driven to achieve, and empower others to use all resources to achieve the best outcomes
- Strong personal resilience and ability to work in a fast moving and continually changing environment
