**About the role**

We’re looking for a highly motivated Office Manager to be part of our small Liquorland Support Office team. As an Office Manager at Liquorland Support Office, you will be working in a supporting role to help the team successfully achieve shared objectives, aligned to strategic goals. We are based at the Foodies North Island modern offices, and we embrace flexible working, with the option of some working from home days.

You will use your skills to contribute across a range of Liquorland’s central processes and support the workings of the Liquorland Support Office team. The role will include a wide range of tasks, some of which include:

- Facilitation of our annual conference, working alongside an external event planner
- Supporting the leadership and finance team with a broad range of administrative duties
- Presentation collation for CEO - regional meetings, board reports, etc

This role is being advertised as a full time 10-month fixed term contract. We are open to discussing flexibility with the number of hours worked in this role, if you believe you have what it takes.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work collaboratively, and on your own, in a high pace working environment. You will also need to be able to demonstrate:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, to establish and maintain credibility of information
- Experience using a range of software products, including Microsoft Excel
- Experience in a high-level administration role, possibly as an Executive Assistant or

Office Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity that is so much more than your “traditional Office Manger” role.
