eCommerce is one of the highest strategic priorities for Foodies and our ambition is to create a multi-channel network, leveraging the strengths of our members to refocus our digital front and customer experience.

**About the role**

The Online Store Enablement Specialist will ensure our stores have all the necessary elements in place to effectively fulfil eCommerce orders. This includes addressing any shortcomings related to technology infrastructure, equipment, Wi-Fi connectivity, and physical space required for seamless coordination.
- Some key responsibilities include: _
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of the store's existing infrastructure, equipment, and physical space to identify and address any gaps in supporting eCommerce operations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of necessary technology solutions and equipment installations
- Execute plans to optimize the utilisation of available physical space to accommodate the increased demands of eCommerce order fulfilment, including storage, packaging, and coordination areas
- Focusing on operational efficiencies to drive profitability at a store and group level
- Provide timely reports and insights to management ongoing issues and escalate where necessary

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you’ll have proven experience in eCommerce operations, online retail, or digital transformation roles. You’ll also be familiary with eCommerce platforms, digital tools, and technology infrastructure.

- Exceptional coordination and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support centre personnel
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- An Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic retail environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute plans and meet deadlines
