This may be the role for you Looking for a Technology Delivery Manager with an understanding of Microsoft solutions to lead a team of engineers on our data, AI & IoT team, enabling them to optimise delivery

**The role**:

- Oversee the delivery of engineering services for Data, AI and IOT ensuring strong collaboration with project managers, high client satisfaction and the achievement of KPIs.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers specializing in Data, AI and IOT, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Assist your team of engineers with finding pathways to solve complex technical problems and staying up to date with technological advances.
- Help to maintain and improve internal LAB3 processes, including documentation, practice hygiene, end of month processing and reporting.
- Actively participate in cross functional LAB3 initiatives and events. Personify LAB3’s values.
- Collaborate with the GM Professional Services, Domain Leads and other TDMs to align cross-functional efforts and optimize service delivery.
- Report to the GM Professional Services with regular updates on team performance, project status, and strategic outcomes.
- Proven leadership and people management skills of a geographically dispersed technical team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of navigating complex client and team dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions promptly.
- Prior experience with cloud-based engineering and service management operations.
- Strong understanding of Service Management platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft solutions, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Experience in implementing and managing ITIL processes.
- Relevant industry certifications are highly regarded (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, DevOps).
- Based in Australia or New Zealand, you have an existing right to work in this region
