- 4Sight Consulting has recently become part of the SLR group, and we are excited about the future growth in New Zealand. To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Advisor who can recruit for all the service lines across New Zealand, as well as assisting the wider TA team across APAC.Key Responsibilities

**About the role and what you need to succeed**
You will slot in seamlessly to our Talent Acquisition team of 3 and be part of our wider group of People & Culture generalists. In this exciting role you will:

- Be responsible for the direct hiring and growth of the business in New Zealand and development into other recruitment projects.

**To be successful in this role**
You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and love getting things done to a very high standard. You are self-driven and comfortable with processes, whilst still being an excellent people person with a high level of client service. Ideally you would possess the following:

- University qualifications (Bachelor Degree or higher) in Human Resources, Business/Communications or a related field;
- 2-5 years’ full service recruitment experience from agency or in-house within the Science or Engineering sector and preferably within a consulting environment;
- A consultative approach towards managing effective relationships with staff and stakeholders;
- The ability to earn respect and confidence of colleagues and managers and take initiative on tasks;
- Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite and a range of HR Information Systems with confidence in ATS (we’re currently using Sage People/Salesforce and, for a while, ELMO recruitment for the 4Sight brand).
