As a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Advisor at BGIS, your primary responsibility will be to assist in building the workforce across New Zealand. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with managers and providing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding support.

BGIS is currently experiencing a period of growth, and this position will play a vital role in supporting managers throughout New Zealand in expanding their teams. You will have the opportunity to recruit skilled tradespeople who are directly involved in delivering services to Facilities Managers and Project Managers, who, in turn, ensure client satisfaction. This role offers a diverse range of positions to recruit for, providing you with various recruitment opportunities.
