**The Talent Acquisition Role - Financial Services**

You will partner with two of our inspirational and supportive Principal Consultants to source and assess the very best talent in market.
- Taking briefs for and writing adverts for permanent roles
- Conducting phone and zoom/in person interviews to uncover motivations and career goals, digging deep to really understand people's background and journey to date

We see this role evolving into a Consultant role in time, managing your own portfolio of businesses, partnering with them on their hiring needs - as we grow, so do you (if you want).

We are also open to looking at this role as part time if that suits you best - just let us know your situation and we can see if something may work

**I would love to connect with you if**:
You've always had an interest in recruitment or have been exposed to it in a leadership role before.

You've had a great career in Financial Services, where you've had to build relationships, work to targets, compliance and goals
