Our Talent Acquisition tīma (team) partner with our business divisions to deliver great outcomes for both our hiring managers and candidates. We're focused on building and executing innovative talent solutions to help our business transform and reimagine banking for our customers.
This tūranga (role) will focus on recruiting across several different business divisions so solid experience as a recruiter with demonstrated stakeholder management is key.
This is 12-month fixed term contract based in Auckland. It is a hybrid tūranga with two days where you can work flexibly. Team anchor days are Monday and Thursday.

What are some the day to day tasks the person in this tūranga will complete?
- Delivering a seamless end-to-end recruitment process; acting as a trusted, credible advisor.
- Working with specific business areas to manage internal campaigns & think creatively about internal mobility.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience through every interaction and touchpoint.
- Supporting hiring managers to use self-service tools and implement best practice recruitment methods.
What is the tīma culture and environment like?

What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?
You get to work with some expectational colleagues both in Talent Acquisition and across the wider People & Culture tīma. There are opportunities to work cross-functionally to support various exciting initiatives.

What do we want you know before you apply?
Ideally you will have experience with Workday, or be able to pick up new systems quickly in order to support Hiring Managers with the recruitment process.
