**_About the role:_**

Reporting to the General Manager - Logistics, you will be responsible for generating new business and supporting current business sales initiatives and projects across our Logistics Division (1PL, 3PL, 4PL) for new and existing clients. To work with customers to develop and deliver Professional Services and / or Supply Chain improvements. You will be required to develop a pro-active relationship with the clients and prospective clients; with a clear understanding of business needs and goals whilst ensuring both internal and external process support these needs and goals, and these are in line with the company's commercial activities / requirements in relation to maximising revenue and profit - teamed with ensuring the agreed KPI service standards and safety requirements are met and maintained.

- Ensure the business consistently delivers high-quality, reliable service that meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Create trusted, long-term relationships with key customers
- Drive ongoing improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Align our service delivery with Commercial outcomes
- Represent the business externally to key customers
- Drive an unrelenting service culture that supports the groups customer promise
- Establish and embed a culture where employees at all levels feel connected, valued, and committed to the organisation's purpose
- Drive strategies and initiatives that improve employee retention
- Meet or exceed the targeted sales figures ensuring adequate new business is obtained
- Deliver revenue growth through targeted sales strategies in the logistics division
- Drive a culture of innovation and technology adoption

- At least 5 years' experience in a commercial role in a 3PL environment (essential)
