We are currently seeking a numerically-savvy administrator to join our Five Mile, Queenstown office in the role of Finance Administrator on a full-time basis.

**About the Role**
To be successful in this role you must be an effective multi-tasker with the ability to manage competing priorities and a high level of accuracy. Duties of the role will include, but are not limited to:

- Processing clients and supplier quotes and invoices
- Responsibility for vendor licensing
- Maintenance and enhancement of office systems
- Daily financial reconciliations
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Providing general support to the wider Focus team and
- Other general administration tasks.

**About You**
While full training will be given to the successful applicant we are particularly interested in hearing from individuals who:

- Have general and/or financial administration experience
- Are interested in working with accounting systems, numbers and spreadsheets
- Have experience using Excel
- Are competent across the MS Office suite
- Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a high level of attention to detail
- The ability to efficiently handle a busy workload.
