Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, located in Queenstown. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing project budgets, conducting cost analyses, managing project finances, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time. The role also involves performing risk management, managing contract administration, and providing accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing and managing project budgets, conducting cost analyses, and managing project finances
  • Strong knowledge in risk management and contract administration
  • Excellent skills in liaising with clients and contractors
  • Proficiency in providing accurate financial reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
