The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) is a Crown Entity whose mission is to mobilise New Zealanders to be world leaders in clean and clever energy use. In order to get there, our strategic objectives are:

- Empower energy users
- Accelerate renewable energy

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Lead in the Digital and Data space to lift the user experience of our data and digital tools for the 1.7 million visits we have to our websites. You will work with stakeholders to develop a product strategy and prioritised roadmap for our data and digital tools, design MVPs and release roadmaps, and then lead a team of indirect reports to deliver the product roadmaps. This role will also monitor and adjust the products to keep them relevant and valuable for our different user groups.

**To be successful in this role, you'll have**:

- Significant experience as a product manager within data or digital product development.
- Experience delivering market analysis, stakeholder engagement and customer experience mapping.
- Experience in marketing and communications with a focus on the user experience
- Ability to use Agile methodologies to manage product roadmaps and backlogs that fit the business need.
- Experience collaborating with development and design teams.
- Experience analysing and reporting on product performance and feeding that back into planning.
