Where making an impact matters.** We’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Lead to join a high-performing front-end squad in our staff-assisted channels sub-hub. If you’re an experienced BA or Product Owner with a strong grasp of Agile and Scrum, this is your chance to step into a hands-on role that blends Technical BA, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. You’ll collaborate with your Product Manager and business stakeholders to form the near-term roadmap for the squad, and work closely with the Lead Engineer, Solution Architect, and User Experience Designer to shape experiences that will enable Kiwibank staff to offer the best banking experience in Aotearoa. **Ko tātou tēnei. Where your expertise matters.** - Key skills and experience we’re looking for:_ - Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories - Confidence facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews - Skill in managing dependencies and priorities to keep delivery on track - Strong strategic thinking with the ability to dive into detail when needed - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to inspire teams and challenge the status quo - Experience in digital product development - Bonus_ - Familiarity with financial services or regulated environments - Experience conducting user research and product testing **Ko tātou tēnei - Hei hāpai i a koe, me tō whānau | This is us.
