We’re looking for a Senior Product Lead in our Mobile Banking Digital squad, who will work to drive good customer outcomes, keep our customers safe and influence excellent customer experiences. You will be hands-on with a variety of responsibilities, including: - Collaborate with CX and UX Teams - Translate Business Requirements - Epic Discovery and Refinement - Story Breakdown and Value Delivery - Requirements Gathering and Analysis - Facilitate Agile Ceremonies - Stakeholder Management **Ko tātou tēnei. Where your expertise matters.** - Key skills and experience we’re looking for:_ - ** Must have experience with digital products, particularly in internet banking and/or mobile banking**. This experience should include working closely with product and technology teams to deliver customer-focused digital solutions - ** Proven experience collaborating with UX teams**: - ** Hands-on experience with customer analytics tools**, such as Google Analytics, to track, measure, and optimise user engagement and performance metrics - ** Experience using customer segmentation tools**, such as LaunchDarkly, to deliver targeted and personalised experiences to different customer groups - ** Familiarity with customer notification tools**, such as Atomic, to manage and deliver timely and relevant communications to customers - ** Solid understanding and experience working in an Agile environment** **Ko tātou tēnei - Hei hāpai i a koe, me tō whānau |This is us.
