Where making an impact matters.We're now looking for a Senior Product Lead to join our Enterprise Hub in a team focussed on Enterprise Security Services which secure our digital workplace.This role will suit someone who is comfortable operating autonomously, working through ambiguity and is highly organised. Previous experience with implementing identity and access management or security products is preferred.Day to day this could include:Clearly communicating the 'why' of prioritised work and how this will achieve measurable progress towards objectivesWorking with product management to develop and define roadmapsGathering and translating business requirements into user stories for prioritised workRefining of user stories, breaking down work to deliver value early and often, and maintaining a high-quality backlogEffectively facilitating agile ceremonies that produce solid deliverables and outcomesProviding transparent reporting on progress and knowing when to escalate effectivelyDeveloping enduring relationships with your squad, product area leads, stakeholders and vendorsWorking with teams across the business to prioritise and drive the implementation and adoption of new security controls and productsKo tātou tēnei. Where your expertise matters.Key skills and experience we're looking for:Proven experience working in a cross-functional agile environment in a product roleStrong stakeholder management at all levels of the Digital and Technology teamAbility to think long term and near team at a detailed level to cope with business and technology complexityAbility to communicate with engineers and architects to allow for effective delivery of features and associated success criteriaExperience in building operational processesFamiliarity with the delivery and adoption of enterprise security products and controls, such as identity, access management, least privilege, data protection or role-based access is preferredKo tātou tēnei - Hei hāpai i a koe, me tō whānau |This is us.
