We’re looking for a Product Lead in our Digital squad, who will work to drive good customer outcomes, keep our customers safe and influence excellent customer experiences. - You will be hands-on with a variety of responsibilities, including_: - Collaborate with CX and UX Teams - Translate Business Requirements - Epic Discovery and Refinement - Story Breakdown and Value Delivery - Requirements Gathering and Analysis - Facilitate Agile Ceremonies Stakeholder Management **This is us. Where your expertise matters.** - Key experience and expertise you would bring to the role would include:_ - ** Must have experience with digital products, particularly in internet banking or mobile banking**. This experience should include working closely with product and technology teams to deliver customer-focused digital solutions. - ** Proven experience collaborating with UX teams.**: - ** Hands-on experience with customer analytics tools**, such as Google Analytics, to track, measure, and optimize user engagement and performance metrics. - ** Experience using customer segmentation tools**, such as LaunchDarkly, to deliver targeted and personalised experiences to different customer groups. - ** Familiarity with customer notification tools**, such as Atomic, to manage and deliver timely and relevant communications to customers. - ** Solid understanding and experience working in an Agile environment.** **This is us.
