At Kiwibank, we’re dedicated to making Kiwi better off. As a Business Transformation Lead - Data Products, you will spearhead the delivery of data products, driving meaningful change for our customers, teams, and business.

As a part of the larger ‘Data Services’ Program, you will lead a dynamic cross-functional team of Analytics SMEs, Technical Analysts, and Data Engineers to develop data products for enterprise-wide use at Kiwibank, built on a greenfield Snowflake environment.

Your role will involve shaping strategic initiatives, translating business needs into actionable deliverables, and fostering collaboration to ensure customer and business priorities guide every decision.

Along with Project Managers, your will be working closely with stakeholders, including Analytics Leads, Technology Leads, you will champion change adoption, oversee UAT testing, and ensure solutions align with Kiwibank’ s purpose and values.

At Kiwibank, we’ll support you to grow your strengths and develop new skills. We’d love to hear from you if you bring some of the following:

- Proven leadership experience in leading cross functional teams to deliver data products in medium to large enterprises.
- Significant experience delivery data pipelines using DBT and/or Snowflake
- Leading data engineering or analytical engineering teams, or working with vendors to deliver these outcomes.
- Familiarity with the full data product delivery lifecycle, including development, support, and maintenance.
- Significant experience with senior stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a knack for building trusted relationships.
