**About the role**

An opportunity to join a newly created team to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes across our New Zealand business. You will be energised by the opportunity to help shape the recruitment strategy and be involved in continuous improvement projects alongside recruiting a wide verity of roles from entry level through to general managers.

You will play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy, building a strong talent pipeline, and enhancing our employer brand to attract and hire top talent aligned with our organisational goals and values.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of recruitment trends, talent markets, and the ability to attract and retain top-tier talent across diverse functional areas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Effective Workforce Planning & Talent Pipelining
- Sourcing and Recruitment
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Data and Analytics

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting across a variety of roles and levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and talent acquisition platforms.
- Experience using data and analytics to measure recruiting performance and inform decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
