Join our dynamic and energetic team, where you will make a meaningful impact by recruiting top talent for Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury and Te Tai o Poutini West Coast**.** **Responsibilities**: - Cultivate strong working relationships and collaborate with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders. - Devise and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage multiple roles across various services - Conduct workforce planning and resourcing. - Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search to implement sourcing strategies. - Foster and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to ensure a fair and robust recruitment process. **About You**: You will Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their allied health staffing needs. You will be someone who is keen to Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified allied health professionals. We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for the Manaaki Hauora (Health Industry) who desires to make a meaningful contribution.
