**What this opportunity involves**:
We’re looking for a personable, professional, and proactive Facilities Manager to join our successful team in Wellington. You will be responsible to manage the day to day activities for the assigned sites, including being the on-site key point of contact.
As the FM you will have overall responsibility for managing comprehensive engineering and facility management services, contractors, equipment and supplies.
**Snapshot of the role**:
Responsible for service delivery, technical and facilities’ operations, ensuring all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met and all Planned Maintenance activities are completed in accordance with the scheduled maintenance program
Undertaking annual property inspections for all Assigned Sites
Provide 24/7 emergency response support and site attendance as required
Ensure the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program is implemented and maintained
Mentor and enable Training & Development of team members
Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
Procurement & Contractor Management
Contracts and Finance Management
Health & Safety Management
**Sound like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement
Desirable to have a degree (or similar qualification) in a Facilities Management, Building, or other related field and/or suitable demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) experience in facilities management
Experienced or demonstrated capability of the management of remote sites
Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts
Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
Self-motivated, confident and energetic
