**Regional Facilities Manager - Wellington

**The Role**
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) to join our growing team in Wellington. This is a brand new position with us that has been established due to our continued growth across Aotearoa.
As an RFM you will be dealing with residential reactive maintenance and projects within the value range of $1,000 - $30,000 across mixed trades. You will be used to operating in a contract KPI environment and effortlessly deal with incoming urgent work and escalated issues that need to be resolved in a timely manner.
Due to your involvement in construction and maintenance you will be adept at ensuring the Heath & Safety carried out on site is of the highest level.
You’re stakeholder engagement experience will be something you have honed throughout your career and utilise when dealing with a mixture of stakeholders; internal clients, external clients, trades teams and sub-contractors.
This position is also responsible for carrying out property assessments and auditing properties where required with our client.
Based in Wellington this role requires you to look after circa 200 properties from the Wairarapa, Levin and across Wellington. You will be provided with a vehicle for work and all related travel expenses will be covered.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable facilities manager in the residential sector to be a part of a growing and hugely successful team.
The likely appointment range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 with a company vehicle.
This role closes on the 31 st of May with interviews being held the following week on the 7 th.
**Skills and Experience**
- Residential Property Experience - 3+ years
- Full understanding of mixed trades
- Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proritise workflow
- Adhere to client set KPIs Experience managing reactive residential property maintenance - Highly Desirable
