**Senior Facilities Manager**

**- This role is for a Senior Facilities Manager who can provide technical advice and oversee the implementation of MFAT's strategic facilities management plan across the globe (excluding the Pacific Region)._

The full salary range for this role is $104,670 and $141,612 total remuneration, inclusive of our 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution. We expect to appoint around the midpoint $123,141 - give or take depending on your level of experience.
**Who are we looking for? - Ma wai te mahi nei?**
**We'd like to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience.
**- A minimum of 7 - 10 years' experience in a trade, technical, engineering, or facility management setting.
- A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on technical advisory role.
- Demonstrated experience of sharing technical knowledge, technical troubleshooting and identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and service contracts.
- Understanding of The Treaty of Waitangi/Te Tiriti, Te Reo Maori and Maori customs and protocols would be beneficial.
