**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **Franchise Relationship Manager** to be the key link for our Robert Harris Café Franchisees. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that requires relationship-building skills, autonomy, and a passion for the café industry.

You’ll play a crucial role in **supporting and training our Franchisees**, ensuring they uphold Robert Harris standards while driving profitability and customer satisfaction. No two days will be the same, you’ll be guiding new Franchisees, leading front-of-house training for new café openings, and providing ongoing support both on-site and over the phone.

This role involves regular travel, **quarterly visits to Auckland,** and **trips to the Lower North Island** as needed.
- In this role, you will act as_:

- ** The Promoter**: Introducing and reinforcing our systems and standards to drive operational excellence and enhance brand integrity.
- ** The Coach**: Providing hands-on training and support, empowering Franchisees and their teams to achieve profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- ** The Relationship Builder**: Working closely with Franchisees, offering guidance and advice to help them succeed in their business journey.

You will have a solid background in hospitality (café management is ideal) with the ability to make informed decisions and provide relevant advice to various franchise owners.
