As the Programme Coordinator you will provide support to our Programme Director and PMO in the planning, coordination, and execution of site build and upgrade projects across Connexa. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing team in a newly established company where you’ll be a part of our journey, shaping the ways of working and co-creating the culture

Key Responsibilities include:

- Support Programme Director with project set up
- Coordinate programme activities and track progress to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to requirements and ensure alignment
- Create, manage & optimise programme documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change requests, governance reporting
- Assist with programme financial reporting
- Assist in risk identification, tracking and mitigation strategies
- Support Programme Director & team in stakeholder management and communication
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools within Connexa
- Facilitation of weekly end to end meetings and change request forums

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Programme Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A recognition and embrace of differences and diversity in the workplace
- A growth mindset and desire for continuous improvement
