Programme Coordinator

**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**
Eke Panuku is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Programme Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Programme Manager and others in the planning, monitoring, and reporting of programme and project progress, as well as ensuring high-quality programme and project management standards are maintained. You will also provide technical support, advice, and assistance to Project Leads and Programme Manager.

Day-to-day you could expect to work on:

- Programme monitoring and reporting: Help monitor program and project progress and share information as needed about the timeline, goals, costs, benefits, changes, and risks involved
- Quality assurance: Help ensure that programme and project management meet high-quality standards by guiding, assisting, auditing, and reviewing programme and project information and documents
- Communication and stakeholder relationships: Build and keep good working relationships with people inside the company, like the Programme Manager, project teams, and Priority Location Director/Programme Lead
- Secretariat support: Support the Programme Lead as needed, such as arranging and organizing meetings and gathering and preparing information

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

We will be looking for specific experience with:

- Sound knowledge of Programme and Project Management principles and practices
- Competent in working with Microsoft suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint Outlook)
- Sound financial acumen and understanding of financial management with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to deal comfortably with a diverse range of stakeholders and clients
- 3 years in a similar programme or project co-ordinator role, working in compliance with an established Programme or Project Management Framework
- Understanding of local government processes
