**About the role**

The Programme Coordinator provides administrative support and coordination for programme governance and management processes, contributing to the establishment and maintenance of sound systems and processes for quality assurance. The coordinator is also a key point of contact for students and/or academic staff and plays an important role in supporting learning and teaching processes within the programme.

**Skills and Experience**

You will have a minimum of three years' experience in a tertiary education administration role. You will also bring with you
- Experience and proficiency in assisting and dealing with people at all levels with a variety of problems and queries
- Experience in using data management systems, including reporting functions
- Experience in analysis and reporting
- Knowledge and practice in the principles of equity and diversity
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to create high standard documentation
- Methodical approach to prioritising work and meeting deadlines

**Salary Range**:$73,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
