H2R Technology is seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to support a business change programme of work for a NZ wide known organisation

This programme of work has a focus on increasing productivity and efficiency across the business with this role working closely with the Programme Manager to support the delivery of this programme.

If you are an experienced Programme Coordinator that is proactive, can manage a diverse range of relationships, and become the glue of the programme this opportunity could be for you.

This programme of work is currently in the initiation/project planning phase and with your support will look to transition into a delivery focus.
This role may also offer a chance to support some of the Project Management and delivery if of interest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor programme of work and registers.
- Record meeting action points & decisions for project tracking.
- Work closely with the Programme Manager and Leadership Team.
- Coordinate workshops and meetings.
- Manage and build relationships across the organisation.
- Proactive and professional approach to Programme Coordination.
