**About the role**:
The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator primary purpose is to coordinate maintenance activities and projects related to APC facilities. They will also be responsible for identifying and maintaining a stock of parts to enable repairs to be undertaken effectively and with mínimal interruption to APC operations.

Areas of responsibility will include factory HVAC system, electrical, structural, and general maintenance needs across all buildings in the APC campus. They will be expected to provide both “hands on” and management of outside contractors in attending to maintenance requirements. At times they may be required to assist with Production Equipment maintenance or provide cross-departmental support for production related projects.

**Essential skills**:

- 5 years’ experience in a Facilities Maintenance role
- Experience in a similar coordinator role
- Strong practical hands-on experience with hand and power tools to be able to undertake basic repairs or adjustments
- HVAC experience
- Takes initiative and can work unguided
- Remains calm under pressure
- Excellent communicator
- Experience with a 5s Lean Manufacturing methodology

**Desired skills**:

- Electrical Trade Certificate or equivalent
- ISO or ASI Standards awareness
- Knowledge of Infor LN and/or Hippo or equivalent CMMS package
- Fork hoist licence
- Working at Height training certificate
