**About the opportunity**
This Government Agency is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join a team in a newly established office in central Wellington.
The role will involve aspects of reception duties, administration and facilities coordination - liaising with external maintenance providers and building/site workers.
If you thrive off playing a key role in a busy, energetic team and want to help an organisation settle into their new offices this could be the perfect position for you.
**What you need**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to calmly and effectively address complex situations
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and maintain resilience in a constantly changing environment
- Attention to detail and excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a diverse group of contacts
