**About the role**
This dynamic role is the backbone of seamless operations for the Risk, Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) Team. As the right-hand person to the Group Manager, you’re not just a coordinator, you’re the strategic force ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

In addition, you will collaborate with Executive Assistants across the business, handle confidential intel and contribute to Risk and H&S innovations.

You’re able to handle unexpected tasks or changes in priorities, and being resilient, you’re capable of pushing back constructively to manage expectations effectively. You will have proven organisational skills, especially in managing complex diaries at senior level.

You’re a team player with a positive attitude, maintaining trust and confidentiality. Your solutions-oriented approach and capacity to work independently reflect your initiative. Adaptable to ambiguity and constant change, you thrive in different environments and with diverse personalities.
