You will play an integral role in our local Aotearoa Engagement and Change Advisory team, delivering consulting services to public and private clients who are engaging with communities and stakeholders, or changing the way they do things with teams and infrastructure delivery.

- _bring ideas to life;_- Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement communication and stakeholder engagement strategies and change management plans across the lifecycle of projects and programs-
- Develop and implement an integrated mix of traditional and innovative communication tools-

This opportunity will suit experienced individuals with a relevant tertiary qualification from a range of professional profiles, however communication & stakeholder engagement experience, and genuine aroha for people and communities, are essential.
To be successful in this position you will ideally have:
- A passion for engaging communities and stakeholders.-
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, including successful campaign planning, delivery, measurement and reporting experience.-
- An ability to communicate complex ideas in plain English, identify and mitigate reputational risk, represent and balance the needs of projects and communities.-
- A love for juggling multiple balls with well-developed skills to manage competing deadlines while delivering quality outcomes.-
- Aroha for working as part of a team, with a passion for client service.-
- Experience working within a government agency, consulting engineering, or other exposure to a regulatory or infrastructure organisation.-
- Understanding and experience of Te Ao Māori would be highly desirable.-
- Experience and past success with consulting or business development would be desirable.A driver's licence or commitment to getting one essential.Aurecon Benefits:
