**The opportunity**

The work you do will ensure quality development solutions are delivered to support growth in the District.
**To set you up for success, you’ll have**
- Leadership qualities and an aptitude for the management of technical staff.
- Strong land development/civil engineering design skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Great relationship management skills.
- Experience in leading and managing teams.
- Qualifications and experience in land development engineering.
