Te tūnga | The role
This role is permanent based in Auckland. Reporting to the Manager - Data Ingestion your focus is to motivate and coach a team of seven Relationship Managers. You'll have input to the Data Ingestion strategy and operations and build strong relationships with both data suppliers and internal data analysis teams. We see you bringing focus and direction to the role and team. The key focus for the next 6-12 months is widening and deepening the relationships we have with data suppliers.

We provide data and statistical outputs to support the decisions that the Government, Māori and Iwi organisations, businesses, NGOs and New Zealanders make every day. This role is based within our Collection Operations Team, which is a nationally based team of around 400 staff who collect the data New Zealand needs.
