We have an opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join us. You will evolve our legacy Data services and platforms to enable ACC to deliver better insights and enable value stream outcomes better, faster and safer on our strategic platforms.
As our Product Manager you will deliver on the cohesion, strategy and roadmap in this product area to e nsure we achieve the desired organisational outcomes. You will be accountable for representing the voice of the business and the customer through the product changes and transition ahead of us.
You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the backlog of transition work is aligned with strategic priorities and that there is a focus on prioritising changes with the greatest return on investment and risk management, and work with other product Managers and business managers to ensure continuous improvement of services that increase value of our data assets and products.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Improve customer experience and efficient business processes and systems supported by legacy Data warehouses.
- Support ACC's architectural principle of cloud-based platforms, and enable the decommission of legacy on-premise services, data products and technologies.
- Improve the security and privacy posture of ACC through delivery of modern processes and controls for key data products.
- Provide leadership and support ARTs and business teams in the delivery of the legacy Data warehouses transition programme.
- Manage and prioritise the flow of work across ARTs and analyst teams and work closely with Product Owners on the Legacy data warehousing backlog
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across ACC to ensure proposed solutions align with strategic options and timelines.
- Clearly communicate the vision, strategy, benefits and roadmaps associated with the transition away from our legacy data platforms.
- Drive and participate in Programme Increment planning (pre-and post the planning event).

**What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role**:
- Strong leadership experience
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Exceptional relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically about business objectives.
- Experience in shaping effective business strategies.
- Product thought leadership, with the ability not to be bound by the status quo, and to explore future value.
- Experience in working with all levels within an organisation, especially able to communicate effectively with senior management.
- Knowledge in Safe Agile ways of working.
