What you'll be doing

* Manage the production workflow to ensure awesome, efficient and timely completion of all signage and wrap projects
* Work with & oversee the Bold fabrication & installation teams and coordinate their work to deliver projects according to, sometimes tight, schedules
* Bring your can-do attitude and vision to our more unique projects and work with the sales team on solutions where regularly required
* Provide leadership and mentorship to the production and installation teams
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

* Extensive experience (5+ years) in a production or installation role within the signage industry
* Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high-quality results on a day-to-day basis
* Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail
* Someone fun and engaging that genuinely enjoys the signage industry
* Solid understanding of signage production and installation processes, materials, and equipment
* Familiarity with industry-standard design software (e.g., FlexiDesign & Adobe Creative Cloud)
* Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
* Full drivers licence & ability to drive manual van
