**About the role**:
The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle and for creating a vision and roadmap for specific products and working with technical and business teams to produce and agree plans for those products. The role is responsible for determining the product direction including which features are prioritized and maintaining the product backlog and refining the backlog to make sure it is current with evolving business requirements. The Product Manager works with product owners, technical teams, business teams and other ICT professionals to manage the product lifecycle.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Experience in designing a Product management framework and embedding into teams.
- Experience creating a vision and roadmap for a product and managing the delivery with business and technical teams to ensure business timeframes are realized or effectively managed.
- Strong experience managing product backlogs and ensuring effective delivery of product features to meet business expectations
- Strong people leadership experience in a role where influencing technical and business stakeholders is required to deliver on business expectations
- Experience developing a product stakeholder plan and communication strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and experience managing multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
- Experience with industry delivery methods for product delivery including agile methods.
- Excellent prioritizing of requests and able to refine approaches as new information comes to light
- Experience meeting timeframes under pressure.
