This position plays a crucial role in managing strategic and business decisions related to products and services.

As a Program Manager, you will utilize the Operating and Execution model to create, develop, position, and market offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering marketplace requirements and setting direction for future product and services evolution
  • Developing business case, business plan, product definition, and specifications, product and services launches, and life cycle management activities
  • Monitoring problem areas (negative Operating Profit After Capital Charge); defining or approving planned product and services enhancements
  • Participating in quality assessment and improvement processes
