Our team works from our LeaderLab in Auckland CBD on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and Work-from-Home on Wednesdays from 0830 1700.
From time-to-time, this role will require being available to attend meetings outside of those hours (e.g. when communicating with other team members or clients in Australia, India and the UK), and travelling to other parts of NZ and Australia.

**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
**WHAT YOU ARE EXPECTED TO DELIVER**
**Product and Project management of the SmartLeader [SL] suite rebuild**
- Project and Product managing the rebuild of the SL Platform suite, including the Customer and Admin Portal.
- Ensuring the new platform is scalable, stable, secure, efficient, high performing, well-designed and has robust functionality.
- Working closely with UI/UX team to upgrade design of platform.
- Working closely with IVL team on the development of the platform, ensuring current and projected business requirements and goals are met.
- Engaging key stakeholders when required to ensure you receive timely signoffs, input, and feedback, and complete testing required in each sprint.
- Engaging Steering Committee to ensure project is on track.
- Providing functional expertise and documentation of Customer Portal and Admin Portal.
- Managing scope creep to ensure project timelines set out are met.
- Upkeep of project spending to ensure project doesnt go over budget.
- Managing testing strategy of new product suite.
- Managing minor refreshes of the platform suite, as and when required, year to year.
- Ensuring SL team/ and clients are trained on new product enhancements.
**Lead the New Developments (internal & external)**
- Strategic outsourcing of work to the development team or external stakeholders (such as Lancom)
- Maintain awareness of the principal markets of the business and contribute to Product Market and Marketing Plans as required.
- Validating the products and testing against international, national and local standards. Be responsible for ensuring a detailed understanding of these needs with the team and providing mechanisms to validate products against the standards.
- Responsibilities include involvement from initial concept, design and functional specification, writing of code, writing of preliminary documentation and testing of the final product.
- To liaise with our sister company The Institute for Strategic Leadership and the Customer Success Manager to ensure efficient, coordinated development of software products that serves our customers and channel partners (VARs).
- Liaise with external suppliers in a timely and organised manner to ensure a smooth process.
- Identify upselling opportunities and involve BD team, as required.
- Provide technology support for clients, coaches and channel partners.
**Create and maintain High quality processes in Digital and Customer Success Team**
