**Account Broker**

Our Palmerston North branch currently has an opening for an Account Broker to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with experience in customer service or administration to progress their career and move into the insurance industry.

**What the day will look like**

In addition to this, you will be responsible for:

- Managing client quotes and renewals
- Managing the insurance claims process for clients
- Preparing policy schedules, client presentations, and reports
- Working with clients’ insurance providers and external vendors
- Supporting ad-hoc branch duties alongside the wider team.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- To hit the ground running, you should have:_
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Confident phone manner
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding attention to detail
- A great team player with the ability to get along with a wide variety of people
- Computer proficiency with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word).
