**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced broking professional to join our team in a role where you will focus on managing a complex portfolio of higher profile clients. Whilst you will be picking up an established client base, you will also need to be proactive self-starter comfortable with generating new business.
Some of your responsibilities will include
- Consulting and being a trusted advisor to your client base along with managing client servicing requirements
- Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business
- Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders and underwriters
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities
- Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Proven experience in a broking position with demonstrated success managing a complex portfolio of clients
- The ability to deliver high standards of quality client service
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in leadership and management
- This role requires you hold a Level 5 Financial Services Qualification
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- The ability to mentor and coach our more junior members of the team
