**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager who is self-motivated and driven, with a hunger to drive new business opportunities. Agri experience would be beneficial, as you will be responsible for developing and growing new business, as well as strengthening existing client relationships. This role requires a natural networker who can work in a strategic environment, providing technical broking and support while liaising with clients, underwriters, and external partners. You will be covering an established commercial portfolio.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business.
- Providing professional, accurate, and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external partners.
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities.
- Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations.
- Mentoring and guiding wider team members.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:
You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face-to-face, over the phone, or through written correspondence. Ideally, you will come from a similar background within the industry.

**A few key skills we look for**:

- Proven experience in insurance broking, with a current L5 General Insurance qualification.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Good computer literacy, with competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
