**About the role**:
AROA Biosurgery is seeking a Global Product Manager to join our growing team in Auckland reporting to our Director of Marketing based in the US. This role will be key in driving the global marketing strategy for one of our core product portfolios with a primary focus on the US market and a secondary focus on Rest of World.

You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering the marketing strategy, messaging, positioning, and content development to support our commercial goals. Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You’ll work closely with teams that lead customer engagement, events, and surgeon training), as well as cross-functional teams across Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Product Development. Other responsibilities include:

- Support the development of the global marketing strategy while leading the execution of strategic initiatives for the portfolio
- Align marketing activity with broader business goals and regional nuances
- Support the refinement of product messaging and positioning to strengthen market presence.
- Create and manage promotional content (print, digital, web), ensuring alignment with strategy
- Build strong working relationships across functions including Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, and Product teams
- Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns from planning to execution
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and macro influences
- Provide insights and recommendations to regional and global leadershipSupport regional marketing teams with campaign resources and tools
- **What We’re Looking For**:
You’ll need to be a clear and effective communicator across written, verbal, and presentation formats, and comfortable working cross-functionally while managing multiple projects.

The role requires some degree of flexibility with working hours to ensure partial overlap with our US-based team and the ability to travel to the US up to 2 times per year.
