Global Product Manager

YOUR ROLE

As a Global Product Manager within the Beauty Division of ZURU Edge, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the 10-yr product roadmap. Identifying key trends and white space opportunities for innovation and new brands, managing a comprehensive gating and project management process, and problem-solving with key internal stakeholders will be key to your success within the role. You must be a fantastic communicator and always believe there is an opportunity to continuously improve.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

As the Project Manager you will be working cross functionally across commercial, marketing, design and our manufacturing partners in China. You will have a significant impact on our organisation through:
**CORE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Working with ZURU’s China data team to understand the macro landscape of appropriate industries;
- Lead the development of ZURU’s 10-year portfolio management strategy within appropriate vertical(s);
- Act as the conduit between ZURU’s backend and frontend teams, so as to ensure business-wide alignment on product offering, go-to-market strategies and product/brand value-add;
- Oversee the claims development process for products within the respective brand portfolio(s);
- Manage overarching project timelines between ZURU’s international teams;
- Develop brand marketing collateral for both internal and external stakeholder presentations;
- Oversee stage and gating process for all new product development;
- Manage vertical resource based on overall business priorities; and
- Any other duties and responsibilities senior leadership see appropriate from time to time.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of product development and/or product management experience;
- Experience in working cross-functionally with local and global teams
- Strong project management experience and must excel in fast paced environments
- Evidence of being very organised and a great internal/external communicator
- Passion for the beauty industry is a must
