**Your day-to-day...**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
- Provide comprehensive support in HR functions, addressing queries and escalating issues when necessary.
- Guide leaders on HR effectiveness, performance management, and team dynamics.
- Assist in developing workforce planning strategies and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to assess employee readiness and development needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and support managers in handling disciplinary matters.
- Identify training needs and coordinate workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

**You're a match if you ideally have...**
- Extensive experience as an HR generalist in medium to large organizations.
- Solid understanding of employment legislation, including the Employment Relations Act and Holidays Act, with the ability to interpret HR policies.
- Proficiency in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from attraction and engagement to retention and development.
- Demonstrated expertise as a reliable advisor in corporate HR, specialising in Talent Management and Performance initiatives.
- A collaborative approach with leaders that confidently influences outcomes in People matters.
- Strong familiarity with HR systems and platforms, such as HRIS, ATS, and Payroll.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, paired with sharp attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills to navigate various stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to the future of HR and motivated to incorporate people insights into decision-making.
