**Senior People and Capability Advisor / Analyst - Contractor (Part-time)**
- $80 to $100 per hour
- 3 - 6 month contract duration on a part-time basis

**Job Summary**
Are you seeking a step up to a more strategic role with interesting projects? We’re looking for a senior HR analyst to develop and lead our remuneration projects and HR systems and analysis work.
**Purpose of the Role**
This role provides people analytics and insights that enables the business and Executive Leadership Team to make effective and efficient workforce decisions. The role is responsible for the development of quantitative and qualitative data analysis around jobs, compensation and employment trends, remuneration and competency frameworks. It will develop the remuneration strategy, lead the annual remuneration review process and built a total reward framework. The role will also play a key role in collective bargaining and employment relation processes.

**Key Requirements**
- Strong experience in data, trend and predictive analysis of people data and reporting
- Experience in reporting from HRIMS and payroll systems, for example, Chris21 and business intelligence systems
- Experience in remuneration analysis and advice, job evaluation and annual remuneration processes
- Highly developed communication and influencing capability
- Skills in facilitation and strategic planning
- A qualification in business, economics or analysis.
