We regulate the health sector and are the primary source of advice on health matters. Ko tōu ake mahi - What You'll Do
The Sector Reform Integration Office has been established as an Office of the Director-General of Manatū Hauora to provide assurance and system-level advice on the implementation of the health system reforms.
As an Associate Director Reform Integration you will lead one of four workstreams that provide engagement, assurance activities, advice and support for the health sector reform across the health sector. You will report to the Reforms Director and support their work in advising and engaging with the Director-General of Health and other senior health systems leaders.

- Wide-ranging knowledge of the health sector and existing relationships within it
- Experience of large-scale operational transformation
- Knowledge of programme planning methodologies
- Experience in risk management and assurance activities
- An in-depth knowledge of strategy and policy development
