We want you to partner with our customers and help them to achieve their goals.
First, we’ll show you the ropes with our online training and induction program.
From here on out, you’ll be our first port of call for Latitudes personal loan customers.
These are unique opportunities that vary in responsibilities - so no 2 days are the same.
- Outbound calls to participate in campaigns alerting customers to promotional offers.
- Keep customers up to date throughout their loan process.
Who we’re after?
We are seeking someone who is excited by change and growth, and has a hands on, “let’s work together” approach.
Someone with an inspiring attitude who’s just as good with people, dedicated to delivering industry best service.
You’ll be a bold self-starter with top-notch communication & active listening skills, previous customer service experience whether that be in retail, hospitality or Tourism - we are open to your skills.
You’ll also:
- Be as swift as they come at grasping new information.
- Easily pick up new systems and be able to pilot all of them.
- Display Self-motivated, problem-solving skills and attention to detail attributes.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Adaptable and readily willing to flex styles and focus as needed by the business.
It goes without saying that you can demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team structure.
Our teams operational hours require flexibility, Monday to Friday between 10am and 6.30pm.
